I purchased this web cam after reading all the excellent reviews it received on amazon site, the delivery was excellent receiving it the day after placing the order, unfortunately the web cam it self didn’t come up to expectations! the picture quality was very poor, the lights almost blinding you, you have the option to turn them off but when I did you could not see anything and as for the audio my contacts had problems hearing me at all. In all this product was a total failure.

I am returning this item unused as it is not as described, I was expecting to find that it only required a USB connection. But it has plug in microphone jack as well. As I have enough cables around my PC it is not for me.
It may be a good webcam as people describe, but I wish sellers would give more detailed info and specifications with their products to avoid this sort of issue.

Does at it says on the box.
Only con is that my USB input is on the back right corner and the mic input is on the left hand edge of my laptop therefore the cable is too short. Need at least another 10cm. Luckily it fits under the laptop to “cut the corner”.
